Return and Refund Policy

At Umang Engineering Australia, we strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please review the following policy to understand how to return items and request a refund.

Return Eligibility

You may return most items purchased from Umang Engineering Australia within 15 days of receiving the product, provided they meet the following conditions:

The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
The item is accompanied by the original proof of purchase (receipt or invoice).

Please note that the following items are not eligible for return:

Custom or bespoke products made to your specifications.
Items that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery.
Products not in their original packaging or without all accompanying materials (manuals, accessories, etc.).

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Contact Us: Email our customer service team at contact@umang.com.au or call us at +61-0481857524 within 15 days of receiving the product. Provide your order number and reason for the return.
Return Authorization: Our team will review your request and, if eligible, issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You must obtain an RMA number before sending the item back.
Return Shipping: Pack the item securely and include a copy of the invoice and the RMA number inside the package. You are responsible for shipping costs related to returning the product, unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or error on our part.
Return Address: Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team.

We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method for returns, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

Refunds
